SIC provides a hosted CRM for managing leads, follow-ups, calls, meetings, quotations and projects. Access is provided to clients and the users they or we authorise.
Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Don't use SIC to send unsolicited bulk messages, to contact people without a lawful basis, or to store unlawful content. Clients are responsible for complying with marketing, privacy and anti-spam laws where their customers are.
Clients own their data. We process it only to provide and secure the service, and clients can export it at any time.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to clients in advance.
